1. ReturnsWe accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blessgems.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the return process.
2. ExchangesWe allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or a similar item of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us at support@blessgems.com to arrange an exchange.
3. RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective ItemsIf you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Shipping for Returns/ExchangesCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
